We do not judge, but rather provide a safe place for our patients to seek the truth about the life-changing issues they face. Our board, staff, and volunteers are well-equipped to address patients’ needs, and truly love the work they do here. Our Programs
As Thurston County’s only licensed medical clinic providing life-affirming free services, we are here to meet the needs of women, men, and children in our community with compassionate care. Our goal is to meet each patient’s needs by providing accurate information about pregnancy and sexual health, parenting support, relationship guidance, and to encourage spiritual growth in a local church.
Pregnancy Testing
It is Options’ desire to be the initial contact for those facing unexpected pregnancies. We provide accurate medical information, and link arms with these men and women as they process their options.
StI testing & treatment
The Clinic offers free STI testing and treatment to both male and female patients. Screening is done by our nurses for both gonorrhea and chlamydia. This is a valuable service that has expanded our outreach into the community. Many patients come with questions about sexuality, exposure to disease, and healthy lifestyle options.
Diapers & wipes
Patients can receive diapers and baby wipes at the Clinic, from newborn to size 6.

First Trimester Ultrasound
Options is a pregnancy medical clinic, and offers first trimester ultrasound to patients who have had a positive pregnancy test at the Clinic. Our nurses look for fetal placement, fetal heartbeat, and gestational age.
Parenting Classes & Parenting education
Patients are able to sign up for group or individual classes (through BrightCourse) and continue learning as long as they want.
